Thank you for joining me for this 15-minute guided mindfulness meditation. Today’s meditation is a blissful pause that can be a cherished break taken at any time you need it. It will invite you to rest your attention on the present moment and to slow down from the fast-paced and sometimes stressful schedule we might create for ourselves. While it might not be realistic to alter the components of our life or the potential stressors, we can take the time to pause, connect with the present moment, and recharge. This pause is a sacred strategy that will help you to meet the demands of your life with more ease and peace. I will guide you through today but know that I am simply helping you to connect with yourself in this moment. You have everything you need inside you already and you can practice this in the future any time you would like. Take this time to come home to yourself, settle and balance your equilibrium.

    I want to thank you for providing all that you are doing in these meditation videos because it is helping me to heal. On Oct 2nd I was scheduled for cardiac procedure to have a stents. The doctor rescheduled for the next day for me to have quadruple heart bypass. From Oct to Dec 28, I would have these horrible anxiety and panic attacks from two o’clock in the morning until around noon. I was told to see my regular physician. They started prescribing antidepressants, the first one gave me such bad side effects,and was prescribed another antidepressant to stop the side effects of the first one. I took it twice, that was it, I kept calling my doctors office until I went back to my cardiologist, the bypass did not take and seven days ago they put in five stents. I knew I needed to find some kind of meditation that will help me to over come this part of of life.
    I found you on YouTube. You have helped me when I couldn’t sleep, and through the discomforts of this surgery. It will take another six months to a year to fully heal. I want to thank you for being that very special guardian angel in my life and many, many others that you are helping to overcome these obstacles on our life’s path. Please continue because you are helping many people with your special gift and kindness. Thank you.

    Dear Sara, I have just read Ethel’s health journey and so relate to her story. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and two years ago went into cardiac failure or the medical term is Takotsubo event. I have been completely incapacitated by it and progressing very slowly with the help of The ACT therapy by Dr. Russ Harris and listening to your soothing voice twice a day and often during the night. Rehabilitation is a lonely journey even with a wonderful support from family and friends as their lives are busy whilst mine has slowed! However it is comforting to be able to listen to you at any time. Thankyou we are blessed to have your healing voice.

    Thank you. After a stressful day at work teaching some very difficult 7 and 8 year olds I use your meditations to slow down, relax, recharge and refocus I have started introducing Mindful meditation to my students and have started to some results. Please keep your meditations coming : the y are valued and the reason I get through the day
