It has been just over a year since we published anything on the podcast. Today, we are excited to announce that we are officially back in action! Right now, we will focus on publishing weekly meditations available for download, with some room for additional types of content in the future.  Please let us know what you are interested in hearing on the podcast for future episodes.

For the last year, we have been focused on growing the community over on our YouTube Channel and launching our first Online Personal Development Course.  As of today, the channel has about 114K subscribers and continues to grow every day.  The online personal development course launched in September 2018 and received all positive feedback so far.  It is available to start at any time.

Although it may not always feel like it, joy can be your choice rather than a condition of if something happens or if you get something, then you experience joy. For today, let go of the “I’ll be happy when…” mindset. See your joy as available to you just on the other side of a door, you simply need to open it and let joy into your heart. Today, bring joy intentionally into your world and heart. Find ease in stressful or challenging times and spread joy to your loved ones and around the world.
