    I have been practicing the meditation for focus for a few months now. When my day is going to be busy with many tasks this mediation really works. I am relaxed and enjoying performing my tasks and I find I get more done by taking the 10 minutes to meditate than if I didn’t . Sara’s voice is so calming. I enjoy all the meditations from The Mindful Movement and have shared them with friends and co-workers. Thank you so much!
