15 Minute Mindfulness Meditation–Spring Awakening

Today’s practice is about exploring the lessons offered to us by Mother nature when we are willing to listen and learn. The cycle of the seasons, year after year, has a lot to teach us. Each season has meaning and can invite contemplation of the connections of nature to our own experiences.

The symbolism of spring brings the promise of renewal, like a butterfly emerging from it’s cocoon. The flowers are blossoming, they are reaching and growing, they are growing towards the light. The light each day is growing longer. There is an energy of abundance and new growth.

During this 15 minute mindfulness meditation you can enjoy bringing your awareness to your breath, a relaxed scan of your body, and plenty of stress relieving introspection as you contemplate the lessons of the season of Spring.
