20 Minute Beginners Grounding Meditation for Teens or Any Age
Today’s 20 minute grounding meditation is a special one. It was written by a teen (my 14 year old daughter), for teens. Meditation is one way to create healthy habits to release stress and decompress. Although this meditation was designed for teens, it can be practiced by anyone of any age and the grounding and stress relief benefits can be profound. Recognize and let go of what ever is causing you upset. This moment is for letting go and caring for yourself.
Meditation is just one tool to use for relieving stress. You can also explore other methods such as exercise, art, journaling, or other relaxing activities. Please seek professional help if needed. We hope you enjoy!
