    Keep up the good work this knowledge sure be taught in schools should a Blessing
    The breathing and all
    Iā€™m 65 and just learning all this and need to change my past thoughts to present thoughts thank you so much
    My mental body is exhUsted and I need to rebuilt but this has been a blessing
