Calm the Busy Mind
Who hasn’t experienced a busy mind, sometimes known as monkey mind, during life or meditation practice? Everyone has struggled with this at some point and that is normal. Today’s tip for living intentionally is all about how to quiet or calm the busy mind.
We cannot turn off thinking. We also don’t want to be controlled by our mind. Through meditation practice, we can learn to use our mind as a tool and not be used by our mind.
