Mindful Tip: Compassion Practice

Definition of compassion: sympathetic consciousness of others’ distress together with a desire to alleviate it (according to the Merriam Webster dictionary)

Today’s tip is about practicing compassion for yourself and for others. Often times when we interact with other people, we can lose sight of where the other person is coming from. We can perceive an experience different than they are intended. Les gives you some tips and reminders to implement today. Ask yourself, “what’s it like for that person?”
