The chakra system, when balanced, has the power to transform your life in mind, body, and spirit and allow you to experience profound growth towards your full potential. Chakras are opened with an attitude of love and gratitude and when relaxed. Tonight, I have a special treat for you to enjoy. This meditation is focused on complete relaxation to cultivate love and gratitude, and bring about a balancing of your chakras while you sleep.
For today’s practice, take a moment to set up your space so that you are prepared to drift off to sleep when the practice is finished. There is no formal end to the meditation. Be sure to turn off your auto-play option so that you won’t be disturbed by another video automatically playing.
