Join Les for this relaxing, deeply calming, evening Yin Yoga practice. Yin is a slow practice with long-held poses. It is a great practice to add to your evening ritual to prepare for sleep. Yin is also a wonderful complement to a more vigorous movement practice to balance out your energy and help you recover.
This practice can help calm anxiety or worry by bringing you to the present moment, focusing your attention inward and using your breath to relieve stress and tension.
