Evening Yoga: Relax, Let Go, and Prepare for Sleep
Bring your day to a restful close with this 30 minutes of yoga with Sara. Breathe deeply, let go of past events and planning for tomorrow. Be in this present moment to release tension and prepare your body and mind for a restful night’s sleep. All you need is your mat and be ready to move. Be sure to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good and does not cause pain. Please leave a comment if you have any questions.

Sara is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates instructor and Master Instructor with Balanced Body. She is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Booty Barre instructor. Sara has been practicing and studying Pilates and yoga since 2000. Sara brings the variety in her education background to her teaching style and enjoys working with all levels of students.
