Holding on to negative thoughts and emotions can be heavy and create unnecessary stress on the body and mind. It is important to acknowledge these thoughts and emotions and then let them go. Todayโ€™s practice will focus on letting go of what once may have served you, but is no longer and may actually be holding you back. Once the weight is lifted, you can replace the negative with positive and begin to recreate your narrative to reach your full potential.
