Join Sara for this gentle, healing yoga practice for beginners or anyone looking for a gentle routine to connect with your own innate ability to heal. Get moving, wake up your body, connect with your breath and your cells to get the healing process going.
In just over 40 minutes, you can communicate with your body and mind and start feeling great. All you need is a mat and your willingness to make the time for your practice. Let us know how your practice goes.

Sara is a Comprehensively Certified Pilates instructor and Master Instructor with Balanced Body. She is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Booty Barre instructor. Sara has been practicing and studying Pilates and yoga since 2000. Sara brings the variety in her education background to her teaching style and enjoys working with all levels of students.

    Thankyou Sara Raymond.. I have been listening to your meditations now for a couple of months morning and night and have honestly felt a huge impact on my days.. This healing yoga was the first I have done, as a beginner it was perfect for me. Your soothing voice simply guided me through the movements which are easy to follow thanks for your thoughtful instruction. I am looking forward to rising early tomorrow to fit this into my day.
