I am grateful that you have chosen The Mindful Movement for this 10-minute Gratitude practice.
First I will guide you to relax and connect with this present moment so that you can then begin the simple yet powerful gratitude practice.

I will guide you through today but know that this only takes a few minutes and you can do this anytime, anywhere.     Thank you Sarah for helping me to view my life from a totally different perspective, from eating and wishing to that if gratitude and acceptance. My life is the same today as it was a week, two weeks ago, but what is different is how I see it, how I see me and how I see others. This had had such a profound effect on my stress levels, the quality of my sleep and even my personal and business relationships. Thank you for inviting me into your community, it is such a joy to practice with you.

      Thank you for the suggestion. Any of the meditations about being present and listening within might be helpful when experiencing fear, perhaps.
