Guided Meditation for Anxiety: Quiet the Busy Mind


Today’s guided mindfulness meditation practice is a wonderful tool to help ease anxiety. It is possible to use this practice to calm the busy mind and sense of overwhelm to relieve stress. Lengthen the space between your thoughts, let go of tension in your body to quiet your mind.

Enjoy a relaxing, focused breath practice and body scan. Awake to the aliveness in your body to find presence.

    A few monts ago I discovered the mindful movement meditation and I was,and ever since I am a happy person exploring every day Sara Raymond guided meditation.I do not have a face book and I will never have to show other people my gratitude and opinion, but each day I say a pray and bless her for all the great meditation on the internet for people who needs it.I feel much better and contented after each beautiful meditation and thanks to her and her husband Les all the work they have done for people all around the world.I enjoy it greatly and I would not miss it or change it for anything else.
