Guided Meditation and Energy Clearing to Let Go of the Past and Negative Emotions

Thank you for joining me today on this journey of letting go. Often times, we may get the advice to just let it go. This is a statement that is easier said than done. Letting go is not an event. It is a practice. And as we practice, we progress in our ability to let go of past events, let go of negative feelings and be in the present moment peacefully.

Holding on to our negative experiences is like clenching a hot coal. If you keep squeezing, it only hurts more. When you let go of the coal, the fire burns out.

This meditation begins with breath awareness followed by a body scan focusing on clearing the flow of energy at each of your energy centers.
