Guided Meditation to Open your Heart Chakra and Connect to Loving Kindness

This is a guided meditation for all of humanity. What the world needs now is love. Open your heart chakra to receive and send out loving kindness. This meditation can be practiced first thing in the morning to set the energy of your day. It can also be used before bed to send and receive loving kindness while you sleep. Do not listen while driving.

Keep doing what you are comfortable with. No need to try something that you don’t agree with as you won’t get anything good from it if you don’t believe in it. The best practice is the one you feel safe doing and that you enjoy so that you will keep coming back to. I hope that helps.
