By using your breath as an anchor, you can get grounded in the present moment at any time in your life and today we will practice this skill of being present.
When you focus on your breath, you are always focused in the present. You cannot get back a past breath and you cannot breathe in a future breath before the present moment.
This guided meditation will take you through a breath awareness practice, a relaxing body scan, and build your connection to yourself and your confidence using positive statements.

This is the perfect guided meditation for first thing in the morning or right before you go to bed. It can be practiced to build confidence before an important event. Practice any time of the day to relieve stress and anxiety or to connect with yourself.
