This is a short guided meditation to help you stimulate your creativity. This practice can be used when you are feeling stuck creatively. Maybe you are experiencing writer’s block, or lack of focus at work, or just in need of some confidence and motivation. This is the practice for you. Take 14 minutes to open up the creative channels and get into the flow.
