Guided Meditation/Hypnosis focusing on Mindfulness and Being Present

This is a guided meditation to help you develop your skill of being mindful and present. It will reduce your stress level, as well as improve your overall health and well being when practiced regularly.

It is best when listened with headphones. Do not listen while dirving.

I REALLY love this video, Guided Meditation for being Present and play it daily at work in my 30 minute Saving Sanity Mindulness Meditation “meeting” I created for my staff and self. I wish there was a way to buy it so I didn’t have to have the jarring Youtube moments.

I’m new to meditation and can’t believe how I’m able to connect with your guided meditations even as a novice. I’ve been in recovery for almost 40 yrs but finally took a leap to go deeper. I can’t get enough of your message! You need to know what a life changer it’s becoming for me. You may not hear me but I thank you profusely at the end of each one!
