Today’s guided mindfulness meditation will help you create freedom with spaciousness in your body and your mind. I am truly grateful you have chosen me for your guide today and my intention for this practice is to help you find ease, a sense of spaciousness in your mind and body, and a freedom in your energetic flow.
I will be your guide today but know that I am simply that, a guide to lead you to what is already inside of you. Take this time to connect with yourself, open the flow of energy within, and experience the freedom that comes when you do.

    Wonderful. My favorite. You are excellent. I follow you now. It feels so good. I also like Prem Rawat, he is also wonderful to listen to.

    You are really helping me. My business is not doing well. I have sad problems with some family members, but you free me from them every time I listen to you.

    Sometimes I have very soothing like tingling sensations wash over me. They can be so strong sometimes tears of happiness flow from my eyes.

    I wish you continued growth, peace and happiness. God bless you for all your effort towards helping others.

    Just listened for the first time to your New Years meditation and loved it. I feel lighter already and look forward to implementing the changes I “put in my backpack” and sent down the river :). Thank you, I look forward to more.

    I have a long way to go to relation of my body and letting go but I am committed to this practice I have spent many years or negativity however in these guided meditations I glimpse and feel it .thank you Thank you Margaret
