Heal Your Body While You Sleep–A Guided Meditation with Delta Waves

Join me this evening on a journey to help your body heal while you sleep. This
meditation will begin by assisting you to relax and prepare for sleep. Once relaxed there will be a series of affirmations that you will hear until you are asleep. You can simply listen to the affirmation, or if you would like to in your mind, feel free to repeat them. This is designed to help you drift off to sleep while the affirmations are continuing. You do not need to be awake to benefit from them. Your subconscious will hear them as your own words. Our thoughts and the words we shape them with, can influence our
bodies ability to heal. Our bodies cells are in constant communication with each other and collectively they hear what we are thinking and saying. Having positive thoughts and using positive words can in
turn create a positive healing environment for our cells to heal. Ultimately, it is always our body that
does the healing, we only need to provide the right environment. The answer is always within us. We hope you enjoy!
