Relaxing 15 Minute Guided Meditation for Balancing Energy

Today’s 15-minute guided meditation will relax you and balance your energy. This practice is a great way to start your day. It can also be used to relieve stress or negative energy. You will be guided to notice your present moment experience and move energy throughout your body to refill where you are depleted and release where you have excess. This is grounding and calming.

    I really enjoyed this. It was interesting to focus on energy (at a time when I’m a little tired) and to consider colours. I saw red, orange & yellow – not colours I particularly like! I wonder why!

      Thank you for sharing your experience. Sometimes the colors are related to the chakras. Red relates to your root chakra. Orange relates to your sacral chakra. And yellow to your solar plexus.     Hello Sara, this is Noela from Australia – just wanted to let you know that I’ve been enjoying this and other meditations you provide on your web site. With this meditation, I saw light blue colour around my hands and yellow to green colours around my feet – not sure what they mean, but that’s what I saw; maybe you can interpret them for me.

    I took up meditation following a stressful month in July whereby I was being investigated for breast cancer – as the suspected area was in a difficult location, I had to undergo 3 biopsies. I was finding that whilst I was trying to be positive about the whole situation, I was having at times, what I believe were panic attacks; not able to breathe -as I prefer the more natural therapies, I discovered your website and started doing your guided meditations every night before bed. They helped me immensely, helped me calm down and provided me with a good night’s sleep. I enjoy the meditations so much that even though my final biopsy came back with no signs of cancer (thank goodness), I have continued to meditate with you each night and feel so much better for it – so thank you for being so kind in providing these guided meditations on your website.

    Looking forward to meditating with you for many more nights to come :).

      The colors are believed to be associated with the various energy centers. Blue represents the throat and yellow the solar plexus.
      I am sorry to hear about your difficult experience but glad the meditations helped you get through it. And of course, wonderful news that you are cancer free! Thank you for practicing with me.

    Colour red came to me what does this mean , was good meditation although I missed the breathing part of meditation

      Focusing on color is another tool to connect to your present moment experience and quiet the overthinking mind. Some people believe that red is associated with the root chakra. Thank you for practicing with me.

    I am grateful each morning for your guidded meditations and then each evening for those that provide me rest from the day. My work has been quite stressful lately, even more than usual…only because it is the nature of working inside a prison facility. Sometimes I find it extremely difficult to calm my mind from the things that happened that day or what might need to be done tomorrow. Also, not because it is a prison facility, but because I am passionate about my work and those with whom I work. It is a balance of earning trust and treating others with dignity and respect, yet maintaining safety and security. I find it helpful to listen daily… I also have CDs of others to use while I am at work to guide me through with patience and a calm demeanor. Thank you again for your time and work!
