    Keep up the good work this knowledge sure be taught in schools should a Blessing
    The breathing and all
    I’m 65 and just learning all this and need to change my past thoughts to present thoughts thank you so much
    My mental body is exhUsted and I need to rebuilt but this has been a blessing
