Morning Meditation and Breath Awareness Practice
This guided meditation is a great way to start or finish your day. Our breath brings oxygen to our blood and to our brain sending a signal of safety and therefore a relaxation response. Stress and relaxation cannot co-exist. You can use this practice to connect with your breath and reduce stress.
