Morning Yoga Practice for Beginners

Join Sara for this 30 minute morning yoga practice for beginners or anyone looking for a gentle routine to start their day. Get moving, wake up your body, connect with your breath and set your intention for the day.
In just over 30 minutes, you can start your day feeling great. All you need is a mat and your willingness to make the time for your practice. Let us know how your practice goes.
