Mindful Meditation Practice to Observe the self, Be the Witness

Mindful Meditation Practice to Observe the self, Be the Witness

The skill of personal awareness allows the many thoughts and struggles we experience regularly to be acknowledged and passed through you. Take the seat of the witness as you are guided to mindfully move your awareness from your environment, to your breath, to your physical sensations, and to your thoughts.

Headphones recommended for optimal experience. Do not listen while driving.
