Meditation is a tool that you carry with you at all times.  You can experience the benefits of meditation in as little as one breath.  You don’t need a 60-minute practice to gain benefits from meditation.  Even one breath where you are paying attention is meditating.

    What are Pilates? Do it help strengthen your body or calm your mind, or it does both?

      Pilates is a system of movements that are designed to strengthen your core muscles. It is calming for your mind and invigorating and strengthening for your body. It has a great mind-body connection effect.
