This gentle Pilates video is for all levels. It is a great introduction to Pilates and offers some variations. It is about 30 minutes on your mat. Be sure to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good and does not cause pain. Please leave a comment if you have any questions.
Exercise focused on proper alignment and supporting healthy posture can be a powerful tool to help you manage, and in some cases, reverse chronic pain, but it is not a complete substitute for medical care.
