Three Ways to Practice Loving Kindness


In today’s tip for intentional living, Les shares three different ways to practice loving kindness meditation, or metta meditation to help you live mindfully. “Love is kind of a big deal!” 😍

How do you approach lovingkindness as a practice?
How do you set lovingkindness as an intention?
Everything we do is a reflection of how we feel about ourselves. And the self-nourishing practice of lovingkindness can help you shift your mindset, self image and self esteem.

May I be safe. May I be happy. May I be healthy. May I live with ease.
I am safe. I am happy. I am healthy. I am living with ease.

1. Using loving kindness as a self practice.
2. Using loving kindness as a tool to change your mood as an act of giving.
3. Using loving kindness as an intention for your daily living.
