    Sarah, thank you for sharing your wisdom and knowledge. I am a hypnotherapist myself and a lot of your scripts and wordings are familiar to me. Despite of this, i love to follow your meditations, love to listen to your soothing voice.
    Are you an hypnotherapist ? because if not you do have some talent for this.
