Reduce Stress and Anxiety with this Calming Breath Practice

Today’s tip for intentional living is a practice to help you reduce stress and anxiety at any moment. Your breath is a powerful tool to help you change your physical state as well as your mindset. Les shares a practice he uses regularly for himself and his clients and hopes you will find value in as well.
