Set Your Intentions for the Day: A Short Guided Morning Meditation

Listen to the calming voice of your guide, Sara Raymond, for this short morning meditation, under 10 minutes, to set your intention for the day ahead. Setting an intention for your day first thing in the morning is a practice that can set you on a mindful path to make choices that align with what is most important to you and lead to more ease and less unnecessary suffering in your life. This is a great practice to be used daily for beginner meditators or those who have been meditating for a long time.

Word of the day is “acceptance”. I think I’m going to use this concept…word of the day…at work. I’m going to put a different positive character trait up everyday and then when I am around campus talking with the students, I will leave them with the word of the day!
