Morning Meditation and Breath Awaerness Practice

Episode 012 with Sara Raymond:  Morning Meditation and Breath Awareness Practice

This voice only guided meditation is a great way to start or finish your day.  The same meditation is available here on YouTube with soft background music if you prefer.

Our breath brings oxygen to our blood and to our brain sending a signal of safety and therefore a relaxation response. Stress and relaxation cannot co-exist. You can use this practice to connect with your breath and reduce stress. Share with anyone you feel will find value in this meditation.

Do not use this as a replacement for seeking medical advice if necessary.
Do not listen while driving.
