What if I told you taking 10 minutes away from your computer in the middle of your workday would improve you productivity and posture?
We are spending more time than ever sitting in front of computers, tablets, and smart phones and it is not good for our posture and over all well-being. This video offers 10 minutes of stretching to improve your posture, remind you to take care of yourself, and reduce your overall aches and pains. Sara offers some stretches you can do in your chair, some standing, and a few bonus stretches if you have a little extra space available on the floor.

About Sara:

In my early 30’s, I realized I was drifting through life aimlessly, doing what I thought I should be doing. I was in the “I’ll be happy when…” phase, always searching for the next thing, when a mentor asked me to explore my purpose. This was a turning point in my career and my personal life. A lot of the “What’s” in my life stayed the same. However, the “Why’s” and the “How’s” have developed. I began to feel empowered and fulfilled.
I am honored and grateful everyday to have the opportunity to teach and guide others to experience similar empowerment. Through self-healing movement practices and mindset shifts, I help others to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, to build confidence in their own body, and to feel safe and cared for.
Growing up, I played volleyball and enjoyed exercising which led me to practicing and studying Pilates and yoga since 2000. I am the co-owner at Coreworks and The Mindful Movement. Some of my training includes Comprehensive Pilates instructor and Master Instructor with Balanced Body, a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Booty Barre instructor. I brings variety from my educational background to my teaching style and enjoy working with all levels of students. Additionally, I works with individuals and small groups to make changes and improve lives as a hypnosis practitioner and meditation teacher.
