15 Minute Morning Meditation to Start your Day with Clarity

15 Minute Morning Meditation to Start your Day with Clarity
Thank you for choosing me as your guide today for this 15 minute morning meditation to start your day with clarity. When you are clear about what is important to you, and live intentionally, you find clarity. This meditation is a ritual to be practiced daily, first thing in the morning. You can use me as your guide, or choose to practice on your own. It allows you to continue to focus on your values so that you can make choices and have interactions with yourself and other people that are in alignment with these values. Knowing your intentions, invites you to be authentic. This practice can change the way you interpret an experience and therefore how you respond. It allows you to see what is happening, be ok with it, so you can look deeper, understand it and find meaning in your experience.
I hope you enjoy.
Headphones recommended for optimal experience.

Whether this is your first time practicing meditation, or you have joined the journey with me to deepen or reignite your practice, I am grateful you are here now.
Know that this journey inward may not always be easy, but it can offer profound benefits when practiced regularly. And like any other skill, it takes practice and patience to experience progress.

Hi Sara. After having listened to many different guided meditations, I came across yours some months ago for my own practice and have enjoyed listening to different ones each day ever since.
I am a Clinical Psychologist practising in Sydney, Australia and advocate strongly for my own mindfulness in everyday life but also in taking time out for the guided meditations, yoga and pilates. In my work space, I have recommended your guided meditations to many of my clients.
Thank you for providing these resources. It is appreciated.
Hi Prue,

Thank you Sara. I always enjoy listening to your meditations ♥️ Thank you for your voice and the love you share. Xoxo
