Improve Comfort in Meditation: 20 Minute Yoga to Prepare Your Body

When you can loosen up and stretch tight areas, you give your mind the opportunity to relax.

If you have practiced meditation before, whether you are new to seated meditation or a long-time practitioner, it can be difficult to sit for long periods of time comfortably.  It is only a matter of time before your mind becomes distracted by a sore knee or hip, you sense your leg falling asleep, or your back starts to ache.

This 20-minute practice will address some of the common areas that might become physical distractions during seated meditation.

All you need is a mat and your willingness to make the time for your practice.  Let us know how your practice goes.

Be sure to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good and does not cause pain.  Please leave a comment if you have any questions.    

🧘Yoga is a practice that can invite personal development and help you physically feel great, but it is not a complete substitute for medical care.  This can be paired with meditation as well.  Please consult your doctor if you have pain to assist you with a successful plan.

    Hi Sara, I just found you in YouTube, love your podcasts 💖 One question, do you have any podcast to help with borderline personality disorder?, I have a love one who has a very hard time with this, and I’m the closest person to her, so, I’m having a hard time too, thank you for all you do to help others 💞
