All you need is a mat and your willingness to make the time for your practice. Let us know how your practice goes.
Be sure to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good and does not cause pain. Please leave a comment if you have any questions. This practice can be used in part or as a whole anytime you are experiencing stress or anxiety to help you calm down.
