Five Minute Healing Affirmations – Heal From Physical and Emotional Challenges

Self-love, acceptance and forgiveness are essential for any healing process. Practice this short, yet extremely powerful healing practice everyday on your healing journey. This can be used to overcome any physically or emotionally challenging experience, or if you simply desire a shift towards a more positive mood.
This can be practiced either with your eyes open looking at yourself in the mirror, or with your eyes closed bringing an image of your self to your mind’s eye. Choose an upright, confident posture while you practice.
