A Path to a Life You Love
When conjuring up our dream life, we can get very stuck in fear and hopelessness.
If we think the life we want is so far away that it’s unattainable, it’s tempting to shut away our ability to even imagine all we’d like to have in this life. Why get curious, creative, or strategic about changing your life when you’ll just fail anyway?
I recently read The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho and highly recommend it. Here is another quote from the book that relates:
“There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure.”
Fear of failure is a normal part of being human, so what is it that creates this fear of failure? Past physical and emotional trauma, as well as negative beliefs, can live in our bodies for years, stopping us in our tracks with procrastination, self-sabotage, anxiety, depression, and physical health symptoms (like high blood pressure or gut issues that won’t let up.)
Our relationship with our past and our limiting beliefs cause emotional triggers and can hit you without warning, slamming the door on progress and success with nightmares, panic attacks, and avoidance for situations you feel you cannot control.
Getting relief from the emotional and physical blocks that keep your dream life far away from reality is possible with me and hypnotherapy. The first step is understanding your beliefs and where they come from that will give you the power to make a change.
This powerful and safe healing practice helps you confront what holds you back (limiting beliefs, old emotional wounds, and stored trauma.) You can *finally* stop feeling sabotaged or hijacked from the healthy behaviors, habits, and mindsets that help you get where you want to go in your life.
Beliefs drive behaviors. It is that simple. We develop our beliefs when we are young because they may have had some benefit, yet now they are outdated and irrelevant. When you understand how, when and why, you developed a belief about yourself, you can more clearly see that it is driving an unwanted behavior or mindset now and this gives you the power to change.
The process of hypnotherapy is safe and you are in complete control throughout the entire session. Here’s what we do in a two-hour session:
- Establish a safe space and mutual trust for your session
- Talk about the troubling issues, triggers, and relationships in your life
- Gather relevant background on your upbringing and family connections
- Discuss your deep desires and your ideal life, setting the stage for your personalized recording
- Discover the changes, habits, and support you’ll need to make your desires happen
- Work with the hypnosis process to fully relax and delve into your subconscious to uncover harmful self-beliefs, behavior changes that must happen, and how to make them stick
After the session, you’ll get a personalized, professional quality recording, including all your positive desires and beliefs, so that you can continue strengthening the emotional and habit foundation you need for continual progress at YOUR pace.

From Logically Knowing the Right Thing, to Actually Doing it: The HOW

As the sole caregiver for her husband in the depths of Parkinson’s Disease, she had to find a way to stop creating her own suffering in the face of steep and unrelenting emotional and physical hardship.
She’s keen to describe the difference between knowing the right way forward for her out of tension, worry, and chronic emotional and physical fatigue and finally doing what she needed to do.
