Using Mindfulness and Gratitude in Real Life
Understanding the principles of mindfulness and implementing them into your own life are two different things. In this series of Tips for Living Mindfully, specifically Applying Mindfulness, Les will share some true, real-life examples of how to use mindfulness to experience the many benefits, including reduced stress and suffering and increased joy and contentment.
The first principle or idea of mindfulness discussed is gratitude. Simple idea although not always easy to implement in a challenging moment. Listen to Les’ example of how he used gratitude as a reminder that you can use it also.
