In challenging and uncertain times, it is more important than ever to build emotional resilience. This quality can be thought of as the ability to respond to stressful experiences with a level of calmness and clarity. With emotional resilience, you are more likely to not be rattled and thrown off the track of your desired way of living. Today’s meditation will help cultivate the powerful quality of emotional resilience.
To begin this practice it is helpful to set the tone of your nervous system to make space to cultivate this important quality. I will guide you to do that by taking the time to relax your mind and body.
