In today’s tip for intentional living, Les continues the conversation about the belief of being good enough. Sometimes when we get stuck in life is can be from the unconscious, underlying belief that we are not good enough.

Most people have at some time in their life experienced a belief when they didn’t feel like they were good enough and the belief repeats itself in many different ways. Les shares some examples of ways you might be holding yourself. He discusses ways to recognize this unconscious belief and make a shift in mindset to help you move forward.
