15 Minute Guided Mindfulness Meditation: A Cherished Pause

Thank you for joining me for this 15-minute guided mindfulness meditation. Today’s meditation is a cherished pause that can be a blissful break taken at any time you need it. It will invite you to rest your attention on the present moment and to slow down from the fast-paced and sometimes stressful schedule we might create for ourselves. While it might not be realistic to alter the components of our life or the potential stressors, we can take the time to pause, connect with the present moment, and recharge. This pause is a sacred strategy that will help you to meet the demands of your life with more ease and peace. I will guide you through today but know that I am simply helping you to connect with yourself in this moment. You have everything you need inside you already and you can practice this in the future any time you would like. Take this time to come home to yourself, settle and balance your equilibrium.

    Thank you for helping me relax in got very sad news that my niece Mellissa passed away yesterday age 42 my heart is aching

    I got to see one of the videos I guess they must time out if you don’t have time to watch them
    I wanted to watch the 20 minute one bio it didn’t work on prayer joy happieness

    Hi Sarah,
    I’m looking to learn to meditate, I had a cardiac episode due to all stress !! I need to get rid of my negative self talk tapes in my head !! What meditations would be best to start with ?

      Start with committing to a short daily practice to get in the habit and perhaps over time, you can feel comfortable to practice for longer. I would say any guided recording, music, or silence that feels right for you that will keep you coming back to the practice. I hope this helps. Let me know how you are doing.

    I thoroughly appreciate your daily calm meditations. I work in education and sometimes suffer from lower back discomfort …(Tension).Todays meditation helped me to help myself to release!!! Thank You
