If you are experiencing a challenging or strong emotion, such as stress, anxiety, anger, or fear, it can be difficult to hear the signals from within. Today’s meditation is a gentle reminder to come home to yourself, connect with yourself with compassion and care. Meditation practice is often about starting over—as many times as you need!
When the noise of the outside world is too loud, it can drown out the messages from our own heart. By taking this time for yourself today, you can begin to listen inward so you can be more present and responsive when listening outward.
