Good Morning! When you first wake in the morning, it is the perfect time to check in with curiosity, connect with your heart, and truly offer yourself love and kindness for how you go through the rest of your day. This practice will guide you to be present before the busy-ness of your day starts, to prepare you to take care of your needs and your energy. You may even choose to listen to this practice every morning first thing until the practice becomes familiar and you can do it on your own. Develop a strong relationship with yourself because it is the most important relationship and longest lasting relationship you have. 

Meet yourself right here this morning with curiosity, with a beginner’s mind because today is a new day, a new beginning. Meet yourself without any expectations and perhaps you will see a fresh perspective.
