What Does A Consistent Meditation Practice *Really* Feel Like?

Consistent Meditation Blog Banner

“I am doing the 21-day Movement and Meditation Commitment, the best thing I’ve done for myself.” –M.

“I couldn’t see my daily life without The Mindful Movement. If I don’t have enough time in the day for an hour, I go with one of the ten-minute videos. I have loved the program and have gained true confidence to enable me to believe in myself. My daughter and I love to lay together and relax while we do a mental ‘body scan.’”

“Sarah’s voice is so calming and soothing. She’s helped me a thousand times during anxiety attacks and stopping my mind from going a thousand miles an hour. If I hadn’t found you back in 2020 I am not sure where I would be right now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking me on a journey every day to find peace and connection to my inner self.”–C.

Daily healthy habits are tricky to sustain. There’s usually NO instant gratification (like when you buy a sweet treat or new outfit/car/gadget.) You’ve got to remind yourself to engage with new behavior each day or week while you learn to enjoy new and different results, which means adopting a host of OTHER behaviors, like:

  • Rewiring your schedule
  • Setting boundaries around your time and mental space
  • Getting used to putting yourself first for a short time each day

Plus, “life” usually rushes in with a challenge or two to test your healthy habit resolve–like getting sick, starting new work projects, or family and home commitments that won’t wait.

How do you *ever* succeed in keeping a healthy habit long enough to experience the benefits everyone raves about?

Consider getting a little help and support, while reminding yourself you don’t have to do it alone.

That’s why Les and I created the (FREE) 21 Day Movement and Meditation Commitment. Though we couldn’t imagine our lives without meditation and movement today, it’s still a challenge sometimes to prioritize our practice–even after so many years of enjoying it!

Three weeks is a wonderful “leg up” for getting a beginning meditation practice firmly in place in your life. I hope you’ll click HERE to learn more about how 21 Days of guided mindful movement and meditation can:

  • Increase your energy (so that you can show up fully in the life you want)
  • Revitalize your self-connection (so that you feel grounded and secure in your emotional foundation)
  • Improve your focus (so you can make better, clearer decisions)
  • Up-level your self-confidence (so you know and love yourself fully, without shame or guilt)
  • Nourish your brain and body (so you can enjoy a calmer, quieter, more peaceful mind and heart, less chronic pain, and more symptom relief.)

The only things you have to lose when you sign up are your racing thoughts, frenetic “go-go-go” mindset, chronic tension, and relentless fatigue. (And who isn’t ready to release THOSE frenemies, after all?)

Remember to CLICK HERE to learn more and sign up for the FREE 21 Day Movement and Meditation Commitment. Les and I remain excited to welcome you into this warm and supportive community, where you can get SO much relief from just a few minutes each day for yourself.
