Intentions comprise the journey of your life, how you experience this journey in each present moment, and the quality of each moment. Alternatively, goals are the desired outcomes. We do have control over our intentions and how we respond to the moments of our life. We do not have full control over the outcomes. By living in alignment with our set intentions, we can always respond to situations skillfully and be open to the possibilities as they present themselves.

    Sara… motivational hypnosis has enabled me to cure a habit I have had for at least 30 years. It took several weeks of listening to your calm, beautiful voice and following my intention. It’s hard to believe that I no longer constantly move my tongue to a sharp place between my teeth. I listen to you daily since my husband passed away two years ago. As I wrote to you before, I am happy most of the time. I will continue to listen to you to maintain and gain more fulfilment in my life as I grow older. I particularly enjoyed your beautiful picture with Les, and seeing your children with you. Thank you, thank you. I am so thankful I found you among the many meditative sites I searched through.
