Let’s talk about direction in this tip for living mindfully. Specifically, consider the direction in which our decisions point. We want to make sure our lifestyle aligns with what is important to us regarding our wellness goals.

It is important to revisit our wellness goals regularly. What we think about most expands so we have the choice to get out of the habit of the negativity bias. We are more likely to move in the direction we want to go when we think about it, plan for it and pay attention to these goals.
