In a world where sometimes we suffer in isolation, make the choice to cultivate kindness, connection, and compassion. Today, make this choice to connect with and build the qualities of compassion and kindness during your meditation so it will carry over into all the activities of your day. Every moment, every behavior, we have the choice, so choose kindness.
While we are not personally in each other’s presence, know I am sending my loving energy your way. Know that you are not alone. I am here for you and others all over the world are practicing with you and supporting you on your journey as you are doing for them as well. As I am writing and recording this meditation, I am thinking of each one of you and sending you positive energy with the intention of connecting.
